Cornwall 2015 - Trebarwith Strand
Just back from a week down in Cornwall. One of the places we visited was Trebarwith Strand , a great location for seascape images. Situated on the North Cornwall coast, it is a location that has been used by film crews over the years. Looking directly out to sea from Trebarwith is a small island called Gull Rock.
The images are taken with a Canon 5D Mark III, 17-40 mm lens, on a tripod and a 30sec exposure using the Lee Big Stopper ND filter. Converted to mono using Silver FX.

Colour image showing the crashing waves. Given a `painterly` effect in post production using a Topaz Filter. (Only image taken without the Lee Big Stopper).
